This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bilyguides.com and is operated by Eastline Capital Pte. Ltd. All products sold on this website are digital products and no physical items will be shipped under any circumstances. Upon successful completion of payment, the purchased digital audiobook will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery is typically processed immediately; however, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery times may vary depending on system processing, payment verification, or email service provider delays.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and capable of receiving emails from our domain. Eastline Capital Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any failure of delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete email addresses, spam filters, junk mail settings, or any other email delivery issues outside of our control. Customers are advised to check their spam or junk folders if the delivery email is not received within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event that a customer does not receive their digital product due to technical issues attributable to our system, customers may contact us at admin@bilyguides.com for assistance. Upon verification of purchase, we may re-send the product to the original email address provided at checkout. No alternative delivery methods will be provided.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is deemed delivered once the email containing access to the digital audiobook has been successfully sent. No physical shipping, handling, or logistics services are involved in the delivery of our products.
